Danny they need to replace the snake shipping and all at there cost. This is not your fault.Or they should pay all vet bills and replace the snake at there cost shipping and all.Or you should keep the snake for free and get a full refund. They need to fix this quick that is bull crap

Archie's correct. It doesn't matter what the problem is, THEY need to fix the problem, not you. No way of telling what the nature of the problem is on the web. It's not worth the potiental cost and or bite, fooling around in it's mouth.
Keep us posted about AA

Puffys have big fangs Al is right. The medical on a snake is only sure by a vet.Advice is moot with out seeing the snake and haveing all the correct tests done.Have them replace the snake it is the proper course of action.

should have stuck with "victory reptiles" had a great experience dealing with them,i guess thats what you get when you dont really get to inspect the animal before purchase. i have sent them an e-mail, and left a phone message, probibly will have to wait till the holiday weekend is over before i hear back.
