Importing Venomous animals from other countries.

Does anyone know how to go about importing venomous animals? I.e.; permits, paperwork, etc. Whatever it takes to become certified to import venomous animals from other countries. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

You can find some of the info on www.cites.org if you plan to import any species listed as threatened or endangered.
I'm sure there are other state and federal regulations you'd have to follow, but I don't konw what they are.
