I think this dude comes on here...Z emailed this to me and just shows why so many bad apples are ruining it for the few good folks out there. The more I see this kind of crap, the more I don't blame those wanting to pass laws to protect the public via stringent laws or require stringent permit policies...those who are responsible, do things properly....but for the bad seeds who blatantly break the law, well, just another nail and even the frequent "Darwin Awards" aren't going to weed out all of the bad apples (and for whatever its worth, I hope this guy is okay...maybe he'll learn from this - don't break the law):
