Reptile Gardens in Rapid City, South Dakota bill themselves as "The World's Largest Reptile Collection". Website -- http://www.reptilegardens.com/
I've been told by many people that it's the "Mecca" of serpentariums, but I've never been there myself.

Reptile Gardens houses at any given time 260 to 280 reptile species. Our emphasis is venomous snakes and crocodilians. We are in the process of updated our inventory of species on our website as we speak, as it has not been updated for a couple years. Will let you know when it is current.
