I'll be in Arizona Mar.13th through the 21st..and would love to hear from anyone with info on good areas to hunt in..I'll be south of Tuscon..in Sonoita area..looking for any good road cruising or advice on any good hot areas...will be in central America in early april and would be willing to trade info on those areas if someone was interested...thanks for the help..This site is just great!

Right off 83 which is the main rd to Sonoita, you will see a non marked road heading to Madera Canyon. That rd is covered with the herps from begining to end. Lots of Speckled Rattlers on that rd at night.

THANKS COTTONMOUTH!!!!..THATS THE KINDA INFO IM LOOKING FOR!!..Hopefully the weather will be warm enough in late march to find some nice specimens.....Have you hunted in the Sonoita Area before?...I wasnt sure of the range of the Speckled Rattlers..???I was just hopeful to find a few Atrox..and some common non hots..Thanks again.
