Hey,
I was wondering if anyone has had the plesure of meeting or have heard of Howard Hunt. Last summer I met him, where he now works, which is at the east entrance of the Okefenokee Swamp. He was bitten about eleven years ago by a Black Mamba at the Atlanta Zoo Atlanta, Ga. He was cleaning the Mamba cage and he didn't shut the hide boxes all the way and the snake bit him. He said it felt more like a kiss than anything else. He said the weirest and most painful thing was that his calf muscles were convusing. He has also been on two programs in the past on Animal Planet and Discovery Channel. He told me alot of things and I had the pleasure of him being my tour guide down there. He also told me that he came up with the tubing technique used with venomous snakes in the late sixties. He also was the main person who worked with and cared for all of the venomous snakes in the zoo.

Met him. He's no charmer. As a private snake owner, he hates your guts.
