If you look in Rattlesnake: Portrait of a Preditor buy Manny Rubio there is a pictures of one. Its common name is the bat-wing rattlesnake.

No it wasn't. There are several great photos of different crossbreeds. Besides it is one of the greatest books on rattlesnakes. Tons of great photos.

Phobos' picture is a good one. I have it hanging on my bulletin board at work (with full credits, of course!!). It's a beautiful Eastcane Diamondbrake. Truly an intermediate animal.

looks like an EDB with facial markings of a cane....is that all they are? i was expecting more prominent "batwings"

She's a real hand full too. She was a W/C specimen, one fantanstic snake.
