I've always wondered if, since Great Whites and salt water crocs probably inhabit some of the same water, what would happen if they ever confronted one another. Well I was surprised to find this article which is close to the senerio I had in mind

Not in open water against a great white at least. In that scenerio, in mud, the small shark didn't have a chance.

Good Point Karl! If a same sized Shark ran into a same sized Crock, nothing would happen, as both know that the other is not prey item sized. This is not Robot Wars!!!! There is this unfortunate show on discovery or the learning channel in the last couple of years where folks make robotic animals to see what would happen if Lion verses Tiger, or Polar Bear verses Sea Lion, or Crocodile verses Shark. It is really dumb to match animals that will not encounter each other in nature, and even dumber to set up senarios that just do not occur in nature, but is typical of what used to be the good educational chanells. Now they host junk like this, and even stuff like biker building contests and house renovations. What ever happened to shows like Nova, or Nature on the PBS and educational chanells. What ever happened to shows like Cosmos, with Carl Sagen???? JohnZ
