JohnR is correct regarding being able to use it even when it's out of date, getting the Physician to use it is another thing! They would rather wait till some arrived from the Zoo or other source. Meanwhile the tissue damage is continuing as you wait. Dr. Findley Russell told me he used to give his expired serum to local Vets to treat bitten K-9', to save the dog and the owners pocket book.
As for the A/V Bank... I will be issuing an update soon. The cost of surum is why the AV Bank is a good deal for Venomous keepers; we all share the costs of covering our collective "Asses"
