Even at a glance you can see it is not A. piscivorus. My first thought was Storeria... but I can't tell for certain with those photos. Both are very common here on the OBX. It certainly does not appear to be a venomous snake of any variety that I can identify from those photos. Best guess... DeKays.

Yep guys even in my limited knowledge i can be sure that there has either been some kind of misinformation/or this is a hoax I will reserve judgement until a better photo is submitted as I really dont want to put my "neck on the line" so to speak. keyz.
