You guys crack me up! I haven't seen South Park in a loooong time. I tell you how sheltered I am. I have never had cable TV. The first time I saw South Park I was aghast! But it was soooo outrageous that it was funny, but I was afraid to laugh because it might seem like I agreed with what they were saying, but...etc. Eventually I just gave up and laughed myself sore and exhausted. It seems silly to me to blame anything on something you HAVE TO go out of your way to PAY TO WATCH! That's as funny as a South Park episode! Anyway, I have never had cable and don't see why I would want it. Annnd.... welllll... people seem to keep questioning whether I'm actually SERIOUS with the things I'm asking or saying. Welllllll, maybe I am one of those sheltered naive people someone mentioned before. People do that in person too. :P Fortunately, I am blissfully unaware of anything I lack so its okay. :D

Is this the episode where the kids are watching Steve on the TV and he is sticking his finger in every animals bum??? If so, this is a very old episode. 2 or 3 years old if I am not mistaken, maybe older. I love Steve just as much as the next person and I hate that he is not with us anymore. But if this is the old episode, why bring it up now?? It was in the past when Steve was in the prime of his career... Lots of people made fun of him and Terri. John Boy and Billy Show, Saturday Night Live, MAD TV, and Im sure others. But all this was old stuff, nothing new. NOw, if I am wrong about the South Park episode, please correct me. If it is a new episode about Steve, then yeah its wrong. Regardless, I loved Steve and his accomplishments. If this is stuff from the past, then leave it there. Bryan

Bryan, this is a new episode of South Park.
Just Google ``South Park Steve Irwin`` and you will find many links to the theme of the show and photos.
It basically has Steve Irwin complete with attached stingray showing up at Satans Halloween Party.
Hope this helps. Best Regards JohnZ

Out of respect for Steve Irwin and his family, I will make sure to avoid that show in particular. It is tasteless, but then, so is the only part of the show I have ever seen: Mr Hanky, the Christmas Poo??? What is that???
Ricky, you are correct in that everyone, at some point, has laughed at someone else's pain. Thats ok. Apparently, there was an epidsode where they had Steve "fingering" the animals. He was alive then and could defend himself for his actions and their "comics". But, when someone is dead and cannot defend himself, the line of right/wrong is crossed.
The only thing Irwin did was try to teach us respect for the animals and bring these creatures into our homes to share with us- creatures we would have never seen in person, we lived through Steve to expirience the world and its offerings of amazment.
He died doing that very thing.
All South Park did was brings us a walking, talking turd and alot of BS. And, may the show die soon doing that very same thing.
Do you recall the time when Steve Irwin picked on someone on TV? Funny thing, neither do I. Because it never happened. So, the producers are such "people" that will pick on someone who was a kind and caring person. Says alot about the people involved with the show-- and those that watch it.
