Daniel,
I have not dealt with that business, nor do I know their reputation from other fellow herpers/colleagues. I do however have a suggestion though. Why not look them up in faunaclassifieds.com "Board of Inquiry"? I have used it many times when possibly dealing with new businesses/dealors and have had worry-free transactions ever since.

I agree but you still have to be careful in what you read and believe. When I discovered that I got slammed on the BOI for something that wasn't my fault (a supposedly misprobed indigo that was brought to my attention nearly a year after I sold the person the snake and it has never been proven whether it was misprobed or not), I was extremely ticked (and hurt). It was ridiculous and something that opened my eyes to the ugliness of this business. Thankfully, the person who blasted me on the BOI and I worked things out but it should have never come to that. I've read a lot of hissy pissy immature fits on that BOI that makes me wonder just how effective it really is (the positive comments are great though and those should be held in higher regard).
Here's a better idea:
1) Ask for references from: a customer, a zoo/nature center/museum that has done business with them, and someone who is well respected in the field
2) If they don't comply with #1, don't do business with them. I have been using this for many years and have never been disappointed.
