The owner is Steve Weinkselbaum, of Lindenhurst, NY.
I have not purchased books from him in over 20 years, so this is not a recommendation, but he does have a lot of antique reptile books for sale listed on his site. You might want to check Fauna Classifieds before you place an order with any reptile related dealer, to see if their are resent complaints.

Actually, amazon has tons of interesting stuff that shows up on their search, that you can order through them from dealers and individuals. I've been pretty happy with stuff I've ordered this way. I received one book that was absolutely not in the condition listed, but the price was low even for the condition it WAS in...
