Everyone is asking what can we do about this. ---Lawsuit--- Back in Febuary, I was having issues with fwc on the bond requirement. I contacted an attorney, explaned to him what was happening in FL. He did a little research and stated class 1 owners constitutional rights wre being infringed on,and felt strongly we had a solid lawsuit against FL. At the same time fwc contacted me back and my "Issue" was resolved. The attorney stated hold off on any lawsuits for now ,but he was sure this was not over, and If futher problems came about, which he felt they would , not only against me but other class 1,2,and 3 owners he would be glad to file a suit. When I spoke to him in Febuary , he sugested a class action suit. It will not be cheap, aprox 25,000 dollars start to finish. We did a few calculations, and if most class 1,2,3 owners joined together in this it would only cost apox. 200 to 300 a lic.holder. I feel this is worth it to protect our rights. He felt very strongly we would win a case like this. So now I ask everone are you willing to join together and stop this ?
