Jon,
The boa does look a bit plump in the middle. If she is gravid, she still has long way to go though. Maybee several months. Keep here warm and hydrated, and well fed as long as she continues eating.
Hopefully, in the spring, she might produce some young for you.
Best Regards

I am keeping her plenty warm, and she gets plenty of water.
I am thinking she may have them in mid-March to as late as early April according to her sheds..
Thanks,

She definitely does look plump towards the posterior... just be patient and keep her warm and quiet, as John said. The first time I bred Dumeril's boas I almost gave up on my female, since I had projected that the babies should have come by May or June (the breeding was in December), even though the female was behaving like she was gravid. Sometimes she looked very plump and other times it seemed to go away. She refused food for several months and then abruptly began feeding again. She would also occasionally bask with her belly rolled upwards, a good sign (unless you've been using a dichlorvos strip to control mites!).
By August I figured the breeding didn't take, and one day I let her out for a crawl around the (secure) room while I did a thorough cage cleaning. A while later, I came back in and noticed this small, weird looking little snake on the floor. I immediately recognized it as a baby Dumeril's boa, but my mind choked for a second or two and I couldn't figure out where it had come from. Then I snapped to and found the mother in a corner popping out little babies in baggies. It was the day before my birthday... what a great present!
