I am always a little disapointed by the NC shows. I'm looking forward to SC next month. I picked up anouther amazon tree boa(cute little guy who loves to try to bite me)and a pretty little salmon red tail. It seems like the NC shows are all cornsnakes and balls. Don't get me wrong they're wonderful animals. But if I can't get any hots, I'd like to see something abit more exciting. Mabee asian water monitors or something. Also I brought my girlfriend and 5 year old daughter. By the time i got in the door i had spent almost 25 dollars between parking and admission. I don't see how that is cheap entertainment for kids. I do agree children should be monitored better. As for vendors trying to sell things, i overheard a vendor complaining because someone tryed to bargain with him. He pretty much told anouther guy that if someone wouldn't pay the posted price he would rather they didn't even talk to him. And the guy agreeed with him. After that i wouldn't have bought anything from those guys even if i had wanted their animals. Some one who is looking for 1 corn snake and pays 25 bucks to get his family in the door has to find a pretty good deal to make it worth his while. He could have paid 50 bucks at a pet store and not traveled all the way to a show. I go because I like to see what is offered but some poeple are tring to get their first snake and just need help. Not trying to be a pain. just wanted to throw it out there. By the way, I also saw the mangroves in plain sight but didn't realize it was an issue. Hope all you vendors out there do great in SC. Thats when i show up with all my money. Bring me something good.

What confused me was I seen both Northern and Southern Pines. Does the law allow morphs, just not "normal" animals?
