Venom effect on other species

I have only done this with my non venomous. When a rat isnt eaten by one snake, i normally have a "garbage disposal" snake, like a burm, retic or carpet python which i can feed all of the uneaten rats too.
My question is....If a venomous snake envenomates a rat, kills it, and doesnt eat it, what would happen if it were fed to a non venomous, or for that matter even another venomous snake? I dont imagine it would do anything to a venomous being the conversation before....
