Hey,
If anyone will be at columbia and if you happen to have a big snake head ...like a big EDB or even a python or gabby... that you can part with let me know.
I'm building a dermestid colony. they started their first rat skeleton today, and after they finish that I'd like to find an already dead snake head to give them.
I'd prefer one that is frozen but not been exposed to alcohol or other chemicals...
I don't have enough beetles yet to do a whole snake so I'd like to try a nice skull
thanks,
Chad

Chad, if someone does give you a whole frozen large snake, you could always remove the head and let the beetles chew on that, and freeze the rest of the snake until the colony has built up to a larger size.
Then you could reunite the head with the body using a bit of glue.
Best Regards
