Ok after the GREAT show this weekend, I want to Thank EVERYONE!
John Z...Why do keep highjacking threads about "OUR" show? This thread was just simpling asking did you go and then You went off on your timper tantrum like a 10 year old.
Up until last November you was a supporter of "OUR" shows. I had repeatedly posted if a banquet was in the works, to which I got "IT is too early to plan" from you.I was not going to beg or wait forever for a comfirmation of one.I then made arrangements for USARK to have a Auction after the show on that Saturday instead of some of the OLD SHHS members having a banquet. This is when you changed.
Did you get offended because I felt it more important to have a auction to benefit USARK than a banquet?
My guess is you did!
Now you have a problem with Repticon and the Shriners. Then it is Kids, then it is dogs, so on and so on!
You post things that you sir have NO IDEA what you are talking about!
You seem to get a thrill calling people names such a nit wits, good for nothings and so on.
You post a lot of what ifs, maybes, possibles, with no real evidence.
I have tried to catch up on all the new posts but when I come to yours all I read is Blah Blah Blah. It soooo easy for you to sit behind a computer and be a keyboard quarterback and judge people.When people do not give you what you want to hear, you go off on a tantrum.
You think it is soooo easy to be a show promoter. You know EVERYTHING that it takes to put on a show! You are DEAD wrong on so many things. You have NO idea what it takes to put on a show.
As far as some of your statements here: There is 1 vendor that brings his pet wolf to the show. She is NOT a hybrid! If anyone had not seen him take her in or out, you would not know she was in the building and she is the sweetest thing. SO YOU ARE WRONG there!
ANY dog that causes a disruption is removed from the venue!
I will continue with my comments tonight...TBC

And as far as I know, you have never even been to a Columbia show, have you? so lets not try to make any comments about things you know nothing about.
It is a Reptile and EXOTIC animal show, and as far as I am concerned vendors should be allowed to bring their animals ie: dogs, monkeys or a fox if they want, as long as it behaves, it can stay. these vendors travel from all over to do these shows, and some cannot arrange to have their other animals taken care of or watched by others.
On many occasions Repticon staff have corrected issues pertaining to others animals not being controlled.
So please insert foot in mouth on this one.

Like I said, it's ok for John to bash others and people here jump on the bandwagon, someone gets tired of listening to his crap and say's something in defense of petty accusations or just plain tired of someone flapping their gums and it's not ok, posts get deleted, people get told they are out of line..
The point is, alot of you are throwing around ALOT of mis truths and blindly following the word of one disgruntled nit-wit who is mad because he can't attend a venue because of his OWN actions, whining on every forum he can. it's absolutely ridiculous!

The dog situation wasnt that bad.The one i was more concerned with was the children in the hot section.All it took was for one kid to get tagged, and thats it,the games over.The show itself was alright as far as the turn out of all the people there,But, as far as i am concerned the hots was lacking,in quality, and variety.Not to mention the over pricing of the specimens.One thing i aso dont agree with is the vip tickets,WATS THE POINT OF SALING VIP TICKETS BEFORE THE SHOW JUST TO TURN AROUND AND ALLOW THE PUBLIC TO PURCHASE VIP TICKETS ON THE DAY OF THE SHOW.DOESN'T THAT DEFY THE LOGIC OF MY UNDERSTANDING OF WAT A VIP TICKET IS.VIP TICKETS SHOULD ONLY BE PRE PURCHASED UP TO A CERTAIN DAY, AND NO LONGER.PLEASE SOMEONE AGREE WITH ME,LOL.
