i was not sure so i asked a friend of mine who is really into colubrids and he said Orthriophis hodgsoni

I would agree that it looks
most like hodgsoni, to me..

depending on the state of systematics the genus is "Orthriophis" and said before, hodgsoni so i agree with some above.

Yes, it's Hodgson's rat snake and even Hodgson's racer, found with type locality in my nation, Nepal.
