Regardless of how the guy got the snake, it is still interesting how they knew or thought Chuck was shipping venomous across Tenn state lines. Hopefull it will be a slap on the wrist and we can all learn from this because almost everyone makes mistakes in life but doesn't mean they are bad folks.

I find it interesting that he was traveling around the country with an "irreplaceable" cottonhead that he left on somebody's porch while he went to eat.
