Many of the charges were dropped. There was a plea deal, if I remember right, he got $1000.00 fine and 1 year probation. If you have FaceBook access, he explained it in detail on his page. Basically, his lawyer didn't want to step on too many toes, (the D.A.) and urged him to take the plea, rather than fight all charges. Take care, Marty

I don't believe he got any of the snakes back that were taken on the night he was arrested.

It was a one year probation and a 1,000 dollar fine. His snakes were not returned to him including several prized eastern diamondback/timber crosses and coppermouths.

haven't talked to him in 3 years or so, but hate to hear this. not worth the trouble to keep hots in some places. too much ignorance and blind hatred and not a battle worth fighting.

yea his display he had with him was confiscated - no he has not gotten any of them back.
