Michel, as others have said, you might need to try different food items. Some coral snakes will eat almost any snake or lizard you put in with them, while others can be very very picky, and might eat ground skinks, but, not other types of skinks or lizards.
Many coral snakes will not eat rat snakes at all. Brown snakes could be tried, as well as king snakes, scarlet snakes, and baby copperheads. Most corals will feed on those snakes. Some will also eat small frogs.
A larger cage is better with coral snake, as they can cover a lot of ground when they are hungry and actively hunting. I would consider the 20 gallon tank a minimum, and a larger enclosure is even better.
You might want to create a damp area in the cage, using something like damp sphagnum moss in a shallow flat bowl, and perhaps put a hid box over it.
Coral snakes get dehydrated quicker than other snakes, and a gradient in a cage that goes from moist to dry usually works well.
With a bit of effort, you should be able to find the foods that you coral likes eating. Live feeders are good, but, many coral snakes will road killed snakes.

I've had great success with mine in 20 gal long tanks, with deep layers of sand and mulch with a mix of pinestraw and sphagnum on top and small pieces of board and tin between the sand and mulch layers (they're almost always under the AC)...I've had some eat corns and rats and one that will only eat garters and waters, although most LOVE DeKays, Earth, and Worm snakes...GOOD LUCK!!!
