It can still be gravid. Don scratch all ideas yet. I've seen them eat just before they dropped. Because the babies moved down toward the vent. And can fit small meals in the stomach.

Thanks for the congrats guys!
Thinking ahead, if kept at constant temps and photo cycle will it likely be necessary to cool the animal down? I'm not sure if I can trick its instincts by trying to emulate a sense of perpetual Summer. I have never cooled my CB horridus in the past, but then again, they never experienced a cool down in the wild.
If I find that it does start slowing down, how cool do I need to try to achieve? I brumate my Heloderma, Sistrurus, and Nephrurus, so I'm sure I can accommodate, but want to make sure it is cool enough that it slows metabolic functions.
