I need a straight answer and am getting vague answers from NDOW. Yes or No, can you keep beaded lizards in the state of nevada?

Both species of Heloderma(horridum and suspectum) are prohibited in the state of Nevada. Heloderma horridum is not retricted in the state of Califorinia, although Heloderma suspectum requires a very difficult to aquire restricted spiecies permitt. I hope this shed some light on this subject.
