Help!! gravid boa delivers stillborn-9 days later,

Last year she had one stillborn, two babies and about a dozen slugs, but I transported her 8 hours from colorado to kansas in march. She is now very fat with young. Temp stays between 80 and 85.

SHE ATE ON 12-12 AND 12-15, 1-10, 3-29, REFUSED ON 4-16 AND 5-24 (THE MALE ATE BOTH LEFTOVER MEALS) WHEN I WENT TO FEED ON 6-28 I NOTICED THE STILLBORN SO I DIDN'T OFFER. THE STILLBORN WAS KINDA STINKY, BUT NO RIGERMORTIS, SO I DON'T THINK IT WAS THERE MORE THAN A DAY OR TWO.

I think she is still gravid and the other babies are growing inside her just fine.Why she passed a stillborn is questionable, at least it was only one. Have you had any heat spikes or other changes in environment? Is she caged by herself? Look at VPI.com and go through their mailbag. They have hundreds of questions/answers about all sorts of snake related problems/inquiries. If you can't find anything email Dave he's been very helpful every time I've asked about any type of snake.
