I also had two coppers together. They didn't even seem to know that they shared an enclosure.

I personally keep every animal I own seperate, no matter the circumstance. However, I have seen and heard of copperheads being very communal, and have actually not heard of cannibalism. Im not saying thats false, being as I dont keep copperheads...

I had as many as 8 adults in the same cage and all seemed to get along just fine.
Also a den site I used to collect at always had several snakes in the same spot.
I never heard they were canabalistic before.
Best,
Al

I kept mine together from when they were babies, never had any problems they even produced offspring. As with any snakes you need to be careful when feeding if there is more than one in the cage.

I have always kept my copperheads in the same enclosure with no problems. They usually spend their time coiled up together. However, they are always seperated at feeding time.
