what do you think about taking chances on getting these as imports what are my chances in keeping them ,is it worth the try.

I would recommend that you not do it. I, too, was once lured by these attractive snakes, but once I learned their true necessities I gave up on them for the time being. Unless you want to learn how to raise a slug colony you should wait for CB babies. I know a couple of experienced keepers who imported several snakes and they lost them all. Just because a couple of people are having good luck with them doesn't mean that they are for everybody. Just be patient, my friend.
