Giving serious consideration to purchasing a Waglers Temple Viper as the next hot in my collection.Little info is out there regarding captive care for these serpents. Could you give me any info you can. It would be greatly appreciated.

The main thing with Wag's is HYDRATION. They can easily get dehydrated very quickly. I have kept adults before and even had 15 babies at one point when my female dropped. Just do not over feed them, keep them a little cooler than most other arboreal species and you will do fine. Mine were also very hardy eaters who would of eaten at any chance they got.

To add to Joe's post, also remember that wag's can be highly territorial when it comes to the same sex, so if you keep them in the same cage, give them a wide berth so they don't interact. If you get an import, which most likely you will, make sure you treat it for parasites as well.
