i have never told anyone I know you I have told them how this place operates and that is it get your story straight it was over two years ago I got caught and they only got 4or 5 snakes at the time so ha!!

i also never took money for a package I didnt send one person accused me of keeping cash on a deal when he sent a live mottledrock rattlesnake to my door with cash in it when I said not to and I never seen the package any kid could have gotten it then what? I am a bad person because I have not been able to state my side just banned because of what i am accused of I am sure you know all the dnr chris just let them know they got me twice there wont be a third!!!

DNR Officer Bill Bunch said different. He said you were dropping my name a lot. As for the other, I never said you were guilty, I only stated that "I rec'd email complaints". That's between you and those people.

As for the permit, looking at the various profiles you have posted under, you claimed to have kept naja, dendroaspis, bitis etc. Only recently you advertised a 6 foot black mamba in the classifieds, which was deleted by Thomas Eimermacher. And in this very thread you have claimed to have kept more venomous than most zoos. SO WHY wouldn't you need to have the Georgia Exotic permit?

So why say i didnt send the stuff if you didnt know the story you get people thinking all kinds of things. I told Bill that there is alot going on with this website than meets the eye and I still tell him that all I can say to the ones out there watch shipping your stuff into ga. because we are waiting for you. I dont keep venomous anymore I got bored with it is why I moved back to Ga. if I wanted snakes I would have stayed in Pa where the snakes are so me and dnr have no problems as for the gator wow there is a big break in the law I will put my record against most on here animals are the only thing I have been in trouble for not many on here can say that i bet.

I keep all reptiles that I buy in the state of Pa. I have none in Ga and do not want to cause dnr anymore problems I do not want to fight with you anymore chris you do good for the community and all I ask for was a chance and you said no plain and simple dope addicts get better treatment when they come out of rehab convicts the same when they come out of jail but make a mistake here and off with your head it should be an example for others if you do a deal with someone and they dont like it and jump on here and say abunch of crap everyone will bash you forever with that said I am gone. thanks for letting me vent for a while.

WHY SHOULD WE GIVE YOU A SECOND CHANCE!?!? You have posted 4 profiles with 3 different names. Robert Kirk, your real name, and John Davis and Jerry Driggers. You have also claimed to be dead! All within the last year!!!
And how about this email that I got from you on Nov. 27th?

"I am a yankee by the way no redneck here and I have lost more money gambling than your poor southern ass has seen as far as DNR goes you need to contact Bill Bunch and ask him if he is looking for me I talk with him on a weekly basis about you and your website. If you got that big of a problem tough guy why dont me and you meet up on Black Mountain in stephens co. and we can see just how tough you paramedics are but you best bring one of your buddies with you to fix you up when I get done with your hillbilly ass. You should know someone before calling them whitetrash and as far as blackballed from the site that is a joke I spend more time on that site than you do ha!!!"
