This website has probably the only controlled classified's section on the net, within it's control, of course. You can only control so much until a deal is made, you should know this just by the sheer amount of people you've scammed. Just because you aren't allowed to scam anyone else here isn't this site's fault. Try ks.com, they don't monitor what is sold on their site, and they don't care if you scam someone, you just have to pay $54 for the service.....which they are very grateful for. You got caught, you got busted, how is it anyone else's fault but your own? How is it that YOU think THIS site is the leader in promoting the sale of illegal snakes? YOU should be saying that THIS site is the leader in keeping unwanted people, like yourself, from selling or buying snakes.

wow...I mean...WOW !!!! This Robert Kirk guy is great. Chris, please keep this guy on this site. He's a basket case. He's all over the place. Can you say "contradiction"? Any college students out there that have to do a paper on schizo's, get in on this.

In the year 1991 I lived in Southwest Virginia, right on the Tennessee line. This was the year TN outlawed the keeping of all venomous reptiles. I was getting my exotics from Glades herp and Gulf Coast, and so were my friends who lived on the TN side where they were illegal. There was not a www.venomousreptiles.org, a www.kingsnake.com, nor even an internet at that time. The sale and transport of illegal snakes predates the SHHS, this site, and the internet itself. To say that illegal trade stems from website is ludicrous. I don’t know you, though it seems Chris does and pretty well. That being said, if all you have to contribute to our society is posts like this, we can do without you.

Hell, I can remember newsletters that TC had back in 1992 selling EVERY type of hot and reptile. He managed to get nailed pretty good, and without the internet.

Ok, Robert.
Since you refuse to let this die.
1. Why are you so avid to get "a second chance" on a site that you say promotes and subsidizes the illegal sale and transport of venomous reptiles (which we do not do!)?
2. Reference the thread that Chris referenced in his post. Many people on this site expressed their sympathies for your son and wife. You have obviously a huge amount for contempt for all of the people on this site. You have come back here under a plethora of aliases to sell animals in our classifieds and post in the forums. You have never once posted a thread apologizing for your scam. You want everyone to treat you just as we would anyone else who has been on the up-and-up all along but you show no remorse for your actions.
3. During the scam (pretending to be dead) period, you either had various family members post supporting your scam or posted, yourself, as various family members lying about your reported death.
4. I personally ran up my phone bill trying to find out the facts about your reported bite. I emailed dozens of people for whom I had no phone numbers. I received scathing emails (supposedly from your son) filled with profanity and removed dozens of posts (for the same above-mentioned profanity). You cost me money and personal anguish and now, however many years/months later, the only thing I get from you is "I've changed, couldn't I be given a second chance like criminals get?" My answer is no. Criminals get their second chance after "paying their debt to society" (i.e. going to prison). What have you done to mitigate what you did? Not even a public apology!
5. So now you come here and publicly attack our terrible site and the horrible people who run it! Please just go to someone else's site. Try posting as "Robert Kirk" just about anywhere. YOU have made your name and reputation what it is. Not anyone here.
6. By the way, wishing anyone in the Armed Forces to be "KIA" - DOES NOT MEAN KISSED IN ASIA. "MIA" does not mean Married anywhere. Ask any United States Marine who is in service to his country what they mean. They will not find you the least bit amusing. Your tongue-in-cheek "I gotcha" attitude is not acceptable adult behavior in any portion of our society.

I still love you karl. As for an apology the death had nothing to do with snakes and I am sorry for that but I know it will do no good but the emails you guys sent me calling me whitetrash I guess that goes unsaid because this is your forum and you run things the way you want.

I think that if you go back and check, I have never called you "white trash" or anything else derogatory.
I have said that your actions are deplorable.

check to see if the money order has been cashed before you make accusations I have already talked to you on the phone about this when the money order turns up then you have a complain untill then I have done nothing wrong to you.
