Hello everyone, I havent posted for a while (since my Northern Copperhead had babies) Well I am moving from South Carolina to Alabama (Birmingham area) in the next month or two, and am looking for anyone in that area to correspond with and possibly do some field herping! Also anyone that has any info on Alabamas venomous laws. (as I understand from the state website) you can own indiginous venomous. Thanks for reading my post!

Yes you are correct about the Keeping Laws in Alabama, you can only Keep Indigenous Venomous. In any case I will tell you that there are some very nice Herping areas around the Birmingham area, especially around Saint Clair Co. area. I would suggest that you talk to and get to know some of the Land Owners in the above said area. Most Land Owners will allow you to Herp their Land if you assure them you wont Harm their Livestock. Wally thanks for the helpful information, it is much appreciated! I should be moved to Alabama by the first week of April (hopefully). Thank you for your offer to contact you about finding places to herp as well! I will take you up on that! Thanks again
