What would be an appropriate venomous species for a begginer who has collected enough information to be successful in this hobby?

If you have collected enough information, this is a question that you should be able to answer yourself. But surely it would be something that will not kill you for making a mistake. Good luck and be careful.

Along with studying the snakes. Get a racer or coachwhip. If you can keep one of those for a year without getting bitten, your pretty much ready to start keeping the ankle biters.
