Ok let me start by saying that I have caught and photographed 30 of the snake species in kentucky, and I have 2 degrees in Wildlife Conservation with 4 years of field experience.
Now my question is were is the best place in kentucky to find a Timber Rattlesnake, this being one of the species I cannot locate. I am also looking for some-one to go with me occasionally so anybody interested in that is welcome to respond also.

Hello. I see that it's been a few years since this was posted...but if you're still looking for Timber Rattlesnakes in Ky, I may be able to help you out. I have a family member who has been finding them on their property...
