I have checked with the local hospital and they do not stock any antivenom for any snakes not indigenous to Wisconsin. If I were to join the Florida Antivenom Bank, would this be made available to me in Wisconsin or is it only for persons residing in Florida?

Al Cruz of the Florida Antivenin Bank says that if it's outside Florida they will get it to you, but they can't guarantee how long it will take, mainly because it's at the mercy of the airline schedules in Miami.
They are trying to work something out with private planes that transport organs.
