BTW, There AREN'T any yuppie stores around here. The locals shoot out the tires of any BMW they spot. They aren't as rough on nondescript cars sporting NJ license plates. They merely throw rocks at those. Actually, they throw rocks at just about anything that has a front license plate (PA cars don't.) LOL

Although I do not keep any hots, I was wondering...does this technique work with pythons. I raise Burmese and Balls, and if you have ever raised a Ball, you know if they dont want to eat....Well its a hopeless fight and you will lose. I also do not condone force feeding, and have had plenty o' snake that has the perfect habitat and still looked at a f/t like it was tree bark. I will also try the chicken boullion idea if I need to. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Brutus, You will get much better and more useful responses if you fill out your profile.
That will help us answer your questions.
For example, I have had almost a 100% success rate getting Ball Pythons to start eating again once they have refused food a couple of times by offering them Gerbils.
However, that information isn't much use to you if you are in California where Gerbils are illegal.

Mike, thanks for filling out your profile.
The sea salt technique is very new, and I have been mostly telling venomous keepers about it.
I would suggest that you give it a try with difficult to feed ball pythons and see if it works.
I think it will.
Let us know what results you get.
Best Regards John Z
