Hi all.
I don't post here often even though I read pretty much everyday. I have a question with regards to mentoring. I contacted a guy a couple of months ago about some hours and we seemed to hit it off. After a few times of meeting up though, I got the sense that he was kind of annoyed with me. That was like two months ago. It seems like everytime Ive contact him about hours since then he has been very noncommittal about a specific time. Perhaps I was too bothersome? Has any one here mentored where they had an apprentice who you was bothersome? How did you handle it?

Mike,
It happens. Might be that the guy is just too busy, or might be that there is some sort of personality clash.
I would post here again, telling folks where you live, what king of snakes you want to learn to work with, and that you are looking for a Mentor.
Just because someone is a experienced venomous reptile keeper does not always mean they will be a good teacher.
