I just saw in the classifieds an ad were someone wants to give away a Prarie rattlesnake to a good home. In the ad he mentions that if he has to ship the receiver has to be a 'known shipper' with Delta. When did they set up that new restriction ? You now have to be a 'known shipper' to receive animals as well as ship ???
I'm not interested in the viridis but was interested in something else that would have to be shipped from Florida but I'm not a 'known shipper' with Deata .... can I still receive or has that all changed ? Hopefully the guy with the viridis is mistaken.

You don't have to be a known shipper to recieve from Delta, I checked into shipping with them about 2 months ago. The sender probably thinks that if you are a known shipper he will be able to send it you if he isn't a known shipper, but it doesn't work like that.
