I did the "googling" ? and found another 2 softwares.
One of them is an online version, where you have to upload the picture.
The second is a download executable.
They appear to be the same software.
Much easier to use, simply linking successive mouse clicks and keeping a running length total.
No limit either, for the number of segments, as far as I know.
Funny thing is, the 1st software that I used gave me the most accurate measurement on my test picture.
Despite its clumsy, line-flipping process, and limit of 20 total segments.
Both of the latest ones overestimated the length by about 4 inches, saying 76" where my "snake" picture is closer to 72".
Has anyone checked their software/photo results against a hand measurement using a tape, or squeeze box method?
