I just thought that I would mention that this forum is open to everyone and lots of college/high school students and teachers come here for information as well as authors researching books and articles along with the "occasional" herper looking for information. It would be nice (and good manners) to post a THANK YOU for help received. Most everyone here who answers these posts spends the time to research their answer and on some occasions takes the time and effort to send out copies via hard (snail) mail. All I am saying is that it would not be too strenuous to post a THANK YOU for help received. Just my opinion, Thanks.
