Yes, everyone please read the OP's profile.
I don't have much to add as far as husbandry as I never found any unusual requirements. However, I have to disagree with the poster who said they can strike the length of their bodies.....I think they can strike a bit farther that that! I've had them strike straight up and leave the ground. Luckily I was using a hook easily twice the length of that snake, as I prefer to do whenever feasible.
