This story is so strange. Why would he drop the box of snakes off on the side of the road and go die a few blocks away ? I just thought I would see what everyone else was thinking about this crazy story ?
If he was bitten would he bag and box the snakes back up and just put them on the side of the road ? That does not make any scents. If you get tagged by a snake Yes, get them back in a bag, box but take them with you to get help. Don't drop them on the side of the road. By chance is there someone here that know him or was going to help him keep the snake in the country ? "WOW" this is one crazy story.....Fabian

I THINK THE DRAG QUUEN WAS WITH SOMEONE AND WHEN THE SNAKE BIT HIM THE OTHER JUST DUMPED THE BOX. PANIC SITUATION.

I doubt he rebagged them after (if) he was bitten. Snakes are rather adept at biting through a bag however.

There is really no telling how on earth this situation happened. The guy that was bitten was not the transvestite, by the way. He just had a friend who was. This is kind of a disturbing situation seeing as it happened in my state, at the airport I've been to numerous times to pick up snakes. I can see new restrictions happening in the very near future for my and probably surrounding states. The news reports are already citing laws that I believe are either fictional or have never been brought up until now. Ah well...had to happen sooner or later right?

Oops, I just realized I said "the guy that was bitten." I should have said, "the guy that was possibly bitten." Up to now, no reports show any signs of a bite.

Hi:
What a messy one this one is.... My guess he got chomped through the bag by one of the Elapids.
One of the stories said that he was still under treatment for a Boomslang bite he recieved a few weeks ago.
This can't be good for Hot Keepers in AR. and may lead to a restrictive federal regulation. As I have seen at the "Hot Shows" dealers are very willing to sell to people that should not have them. I wonder which Florida dealer is sweating this one out.

The good thing about this story is that Ricky at strictly reptiles is very careful about where his snakes are being shipped and does not ship any of them where they are not legal. I think you are right he may have got bite through the bag and stopped and dropped the box off because he was not from there and never made it to help. To bad he had to die. It is just as sad as it is strange. I am sure he loved venomous reptiles just like all of us do......Fabian

i bet the guy had a snake bite him through the pillowcase. he just needed to have one fang stick him. r they looking for vampire bite marks? the guy also had vomited. it sounds like he was bitten cuz of the vomit. i hear they have incest in Arkansas lol.

I think he is an idiot and has put all of those that enjoy keeping venomous reptiles at risk of lossing the privilege to keep there reptiles cause thats what it is a privilege not a right and this act could be the excuse they need to do so there not going to show the responsable keepers but only idiots like this man
and as far as his sexual orientation i could give 2 s**t's less
