Robert, If you are cashed the money order I will give 10 days from today to make good on our deal, send me the cages, refund me my $400 or send me back the money order. If you do not I will take all appropriated legal action.

Between Nov 28 and Dec 6 you have posted several ads stating you are in VA, PA, GA. You have used several names, and state in your listings that you cannot provide photos of anything you are selling, even though you can include one with the ad. Now you are upset that people who may have sent money to you for goods are concerned that they will not receive anything ? I would be worried if I had sent money to someone using a false name and who does not seem to know what state they live in.

Robert, I have been nothing but honest with you, giving you my real name and address. You gave me a fake name and a fake address.

This is how it went down: I was looking for some cages and saw an add in the classifieds for some cages. I emailed my cell number to the seller. "Jerry" called me and we made a deal on the cages, I was to send a Postal Money Order a P.O. Box ( I know now my first mistake) to his "secretary" Ruth Kirk (my second mistake) and he would ship the cage on the 5th of Dec. The money order was sent Priority mail and signed for by Ruth Kirk. "Jerry" calls and emails me to say the money order was not in the envelope. I then put a trace on the money order. A week goes by and in need of cages I call "Jerry" to see if he would sent the cages C.O.D. and we could work out the money order later, he said he would and he would email me with the ship date. The next email I got was this--- Mr. Means my husband had to go into the hospital for emergency back surgery yesterday he will be out next thursday if all goes well and he will be in recovery for three weeks after that before he will be able to walk about I will let him know you contacted him and he will be in touch asap he informed me to check emails and reply as to his condition.--- So I blocked my number and called "Jerry"
guess who answered the phone "Jerry" I ask him what was up, he feeds me some B S about his back, I ask him if he was going to send the cages on the 5th of Dec. he said yes , they would be on the truck.
Now I start to do some research and with some help from someone who I'll keep anonymous I find out "Jerry Driggers" is Robert Kirk and the address he gave me was fake. He has lied about everything else so in my mind he is lying about the money order not being in the envelope, as I know I put it in the envelope. Why would I not? I have all the paperwork to back my story up. If anyone else has been scammed by Robert Kirk, I now have his real home phone number and address, if any one needs it for legal reasons email me at dvmeans@hotmail.com . This info. is public record. Robert Kirk do what's right, make good on our deal.

Unless I have been misinformed cashing a postal money order and ripping somene off is mail fraud, which is a federal offense. If all this guy has been in trouble for is getting caught with a few animals(as he claims) that may be changing quickly. If I were you I would call a lawyer and discuss some options. Even if you lose money paying a lawyer you can get your money back from him legally and hopefully put a stop to all his nonsense before he steals from someone else.

David:
This is mail fraud and the postal police are very agressive in tracking these perps down. They have a 95% conviction rate. Sending a postal MO is the best protection for a transaction of this type.
