I did not get the money order this just goes to show how my name got started and I still sell just as many snakes and things as always it is just stupid how people will jump on the band wagon I do not give out information of a personal matter on the net when me and a person make a deal then I know they are safe I then trust them anyone that does it different dont come crying to me when a sicko is at your door when you get home from work. As for David Means I do not have your money order sir and I dont know why you are worried they will find where it was cashed if it was cashed and catch who cashed it closed case do you think I dont know how the system works I am not going to scam you for 400 maybe 4000 then I will sell you a bridge or something. So just let the law do their job and stop bashing me before you know the facts.

I don't know you at all, In fact all I know about you is what I have read on this website. As far as I can tell nobody(except you)has anything positive or even mediocre to say about you. However we do live in a democracy where the majority rules and in this case the majority seems to be against you. I shouldn't believe everything I read on here but when I read similar statements repeatedly by many different people, some of which have no reason to lie about any of this, my opinion becomes slightly swayed. Compound that with the evidence of your own contradictions and you start to look more like the guilty party than an innocent bystander. Besides you openly admitted that you would rip someone off for $4000 but not $400. If you're willing to steal $4000 you're most likely willing to steal $1. $400 is still a fair amount of money, if I wanted to steal, $400 would be a good amount. Probably a low enough dollar figure to be a misdemeanor and still enough to get me another snake or a few groceries, maybe even both. How do you still sell just as many as you ever have when you don't keep snakes anymore? Or is it only venomous that you don't keep? Where exactly do you sell all of these snakes? If you're only selling non-venomous then why don't you post them on kingsnake.com?

i would like everyone to know I went to the post office today and they made me aware that david means has applied for a refund already and it shows no evidence the money order was cashed so why didnt you tell me this david instead of just keep saying send me the cages and calling the sheriff like they could do anything untill the money order turned up cashed you got caught in a game my friend and again everyone took your side and I was the bad guy again. just like the empty box story you told me why would i send a empty box I know the guy you are talking about and I had already sent him one snake why would I not send another. And then there is the guy who sent the cash and the rattlesnake to my door I didnt get I again was the liar in that. The thing I done here was say i was dead to get rid of all this trash that wasnt right but noone wants to hear my side but as you can see I did not rip david means off and never planned to he had something cooking from the start.

Well, you are right, Robert.
All we have heard is the negative stories about you.
I am going to be gone for the next two months or so BUT:
Please take the time to write out your side of the stories here and I will read them when I get back.
Specifically, I would like to know:
1. Were you ever charged by GA DNR for illegal possession of venomous animals?
2. Why, exactly, did you perpetrate your death hoax?
3. Who is your reported cousin "skinnylewis"?
4. Did your son, in fact, send me all of those profanity-ridden emails and posts or was that you posing as him?
5. When the opportunity arose (when you started using the classifieds to sell reptiles again under various aliases), why didn't you post that you were alive and make the appropriate apologies then?
6. Feel free to address any other accusations of wrong-doing that you would like but those are the specifics that I would like to know. As I said, I will be gone for quite some time "defending the country" or some other euphemism for getting a life. I PROMISE to read every word that is posted in this thread as soon as I get back to land.

I don't keep venomous, yes I do. I never lied, yes I did. Im dead, no I'm not. Its day, no its night. I straight, no I'm gay...dude, make up your mind already! You have been going on and on and on about nothing that is helping your situation here. I must admit, you are amusing, but enough already. 100mg of Zoloft should do the trick. Take 10 and call us in the morning!

Robert, I did tell you that I put a trace, and refund on the money order. It will be 60+ days before I can get a refund for the money order and if you cash it after I get a refund I have to pay back the Post Office. Like I said, I have been nothing but honest with you, you have lied about everything you have told me.
I would like to thank everyone who has helped me with this unfortunate situation. If this money order is ever cashed I will be taking ALL APPROPRIATE LEGEL AND CRIMINAL ACTION. Thank you all for your help, it is appreciated.

Well i dont know all the history behind the comment that guy left. but i really took offence to it ,i know some of these guys on here personaly, if their rich or poor dosent matter. their some of the best ppl i have ever met
and would do anything to help anyone and it was such a honor for me to become a member of shhs and i wear their patch on the back of my jacket proudly.and yes im a venomous keeper here in south carolina.when i first got in to herping no one encouraged me it was something in my body, and in my blood. i regard my self as a fairly intellegant person and their are so many more intellegant ppl on here than me.and if i get a chance to learn from them i would.the owners of this site and the members have never shund me or any of my questions away and have even went as far as offering to come to my house to help me out if i had a problem with a reptile and they was going to do it for free. and most of all if he dont have the proper permits to keep , venomous in ga,then before he points his greasey lil fingers at anyone else he needs to look in the mirror first. becouse no one is above the law.and as far as assumeing things about this site and the ppl on the site well my friends thats defermation of charcter..and i will NOT stand for it ...

Buzz the death was something that was thought up to stop the negative adds about me like this one with david means I mean I didnt get the money order maybe he sent it it fell out or whatever but i have none of his money so I cant just give him stuff for free and that is alot of what has went on with the adds on this site as for the slanderous emails i apologize for those they were me and I am sorry I offended you whether you believe me or not I will do it face to face if it means that much I am willing to say I am sorry anger sometimes makes you do stupid things I do not keep exotic in Ga without a permit I did in the past and a family member turned me in and I lost some of the animals I loved the bottom line I am a good snake person as well as a person in general I have been mad on this site and said stuff we all would have said if attacked in this manner but this is an apology to every member of this site if you give me chance to come back here it would be a brightness to my day if not I understand. It may take awhile for me to get back into venomous again we just had a baby 5 months ago and with my back problems in may be a year of so but officer bunch has told me he will work with me to get my exibit up and rolling and I would like to have the shhs support it would mean alot to have chris speak at events and stuff like that but I have most likely ruined that also I apologize to chris for things said in emails like I said anger is a powerfull emotion and as far as medication is concerned I do take xanax, depakote, and others for skitso, and depression if given the chance I will right all wrongs i cant do it overnight but one by one I will do it and like I said I dont even have hots I just enjoy this site. Well that is all I can say buzz I hope you a safe trip and your decision I will live with. Thanks Robert Kirk
