For anyone who wants to avoid a classified ad fiasco such as this, be sure to download the file "Buying Online" that I posted to the Care Sheets section of the File Library.
If you use the techniques that I describe, you can't get burned - easily.

Robert, if the money order fell out of the envelope, it fell out when you opened it. The money order was put in an envelope by me and then put in a priority envelope at the post office.
Tell you what Robert, you say you want to right your wrongs, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. We'll say the money order fell out when you opened it. First, you email me pictures of the cages. Next, make shipping arrangements, ship the cages to me C.O.D. and I'll have a money order waiting for you. All I ask is for you to make good on the deal we had. If you do this, I'll post on here the day the cages show up that you did make good on our deal. But mark my words if the money order I sent you is ever cashed by you or Ruth I will take ALL APPROPRIATE LEGAL AND CRIMINAL ACTION. I am a good honest guy and can provide good references to anyone I make a deal with. I always keep up my end of a deal! You say you want to right your wrongs, we'll see if you mean it.

You have already been told the money order was not cashed by your post office and applied for a refund so stop saying I have done anything to you i did not get paid and you are not getting any cages they have been sold when you started this mess of screwing me around sending a copy of a money order in an envelope so be gone I am done with you untill you find the money order cashed by Ruth Kirk dont contact me I want nothing to do with you you have dragged my name through the mud for nothing I have done nothing but not get a money order and get slammed for not giving you cages for free I aint taking you to raise see ya.

Rob sorry to say this but you are a looney tune and thats from me who has already appologized each and every time I have offended people due to my anger but I am making ammends best as I can you are a total split personality and a bit of in need of a lead injection especially due to the profanity that you have mailed to the site and ripping off people wow guys how do youi get a nutter to ever change! maybee a psychiatrists report in your true name might help hope you recover from your bout of bullshititis.

Robert, You are a real piece of work. My guess is you never had any cages. You are not looking to right anything, everything about you is wrong. There is no way you sold those cages that quick. You are scum, and always will be.

ive not posted or replied to an add on this site is a very long time. however, i do frequent this site very often to see "whats new"! doing that has led me here to this. i can relate to everyone here. i think everyone is being mature except the person in question.. mr. kirk! i too have been caught with exotic snakes in a prohibited location (however cloudy the judgment was) and i cooperated thouroghly with the law. since then, i havent tested their authority or their decision. ONLY on behalf of everyone else in this country who keeps venomous reptiles. ones actions can impact many if your not careful. robert, your problem im seeing in this post is that you start out with wanting to be the downfall of this site but the worst part is, it only escalates and people are talking about your other misfortunes with shhs members and like. your "goal" of haveing this site banned will never work so concentrate on your back problems or getting permits for exotics if you wish to keep them. i dont know chris harper or any of the other mods of this site. haveing said that, you must remember that they do run this site and any action, or decisions they make, you WILL HAVE TO respect. my advice (take it or leave it) is this: take your businees else where and TRY to start fresh. word travels fast in this business and it seems like not only did the word of you travel fast, but it traveled far. im not bashing you! personaly, i wish you best of luck but remember...IF (IFFFF) you are scamming people or trying to pull fast ones on folks, the majority (90%) are not stupid and when dealing with a community as close as this one, you can assume people are going to "let it go". just seem people people (like chris harper) elect not to post from an aggresive angle until you post and question his "authority". my 2 cents. rowdy kent. texas.
p.s. one more piece of advice....dont meet chris on that mountain in an aggresive manner. ive seen his photos and he might just handle you in a manner you wont like!! but what do i know?!?!

This is the email I got from Robert Kirk.....
you send me no money for cages you want i dont give them to you and I am scum what is your problem how about I come to your house and we talk about it man to man huh what is a good day for you? I did nothing to you nothing has been cashed you have already applied for a refund but yet I am still the person who did you wrong well let me tell you something david the 400 you worked so much overtime to get it sounds like you work at mcdonalds or something so go back and get a real job and buy some new cages you shouldnt have the snakes before the cages anyway I will be blocking your email address so no need to email back I am done with you and never want to hear from you again you can jump on your little website and say what you want and get the sypathy you need for your feeling getting hurt your plan didnt work I know what you did you took a copy of the blank money order then filled the information in on the copy then made another copy and sent it to me hoping you could scare someone into thinking after the sherriff called and stuff I would just send you the cages well guess what I am not afraid of court or the law my friend I have been there 12 times in jail for keeping animals without permits, battery a several few times and assault with a deadly weapon in my younger years so you scam did not do anything to give me a rush try harder next time. see ya you worthless scumbagging whitetrash three dollar an hour making jerk.
Robert let me respond to your email:
1- You are right, I did't send you money, I sent you a money order.
2- My problem is you, you wasted my time and money.
3- Your threats mean nothing, take them somewhere else.
4- I am still waiting for the post office to tell me if the money order was cashed. You may have cashed it for all I know.
5- Yes, I did apply for a refund. Why would I not? Just because I applied for a refund dose not mean I will get one. If I do get one it will take 60+ days.
6- $400 is $400 I worked for it.
7- No I don't work at Mcdonalds, but so what if I did. I work at an automotive aluminum machining plant as a CNC Setup Technician. I make 48,000 a year. It's not a lot , but I work hard for the money I do make.
8- I can't buy new Neodesha Cages, They are no longer in business.
9- I do have cages for all my snake, I just want all Neodesha cages.
10- I don't want anyone's sympathy, Just want every one to know that you can not be trusted.
11- I sent you a real money order and a receipt. I am not like you, I don't need to try and scam people.
