Deadliness and speed are not the same thing, a lot depends on exactly what action the venom has. Mamba bites tend to result in very rapid death, whereas taipan bites, for instance, tend to be much slower - in PNG, most victims die after more than 12 hours, and serious paralysis only kicks in after more than 6 hours. Without treatment, the result is the same: a dead body.

The speed w/ the mamba complex is crazy, as far as the protein goes. It hits target sites w/ great molecular ability. I can see it just travel through my arm, and even w/ immunity, I can feel the power. Thank god my gamma is just as fast, in regards to complete neutralization. Just my 2 cents. TF

Did you innoculate? or is it just a coincidence? If you innoculated...is it possible to be a coincidence to be immune? Also, if thats the case, how scared were you the first time you got tagged?
